You are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience. Key responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and developing employees, conducting new hire orientations, and executing training plans for new hires. Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• 50-hour work week
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math and accounting skills, strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop during 80% of shift
