Job Overview

The General Manager oversees store performance, ensuring customer service, sales, profitability, and merchandising objectives are met or exceeded. Responsibilities include managing sales, profit margins, payroll, expenses, hiring, training, and exemplifying excellent customer service and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Hire top talent to support sales and operational goals.
  • Achieve or surpass sales, EBITDA, labor, shrink, gross margin, APC, and customer growth targets.
  • Maintain Mystery Shop scores of 95% or higher.

Essential Competencies

  • Ability to hire and develop high-performing teams.
  • Efficiency, organization, industry knowledge, customer focus, proactivity, integrity, creativity, enthusiasm, work ethic, communication, teamwork, and adaptability.

Qualifications

  • Completion of all required training modules, including GMIT and Talent Platform.
  • Ability to participate in the succession program.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.

Compensation: $39,560 - $44,060 base salary, with competitive benefits, 401K match, discounts, rewards, and career growth opportunities.
