Buffalo Wild Wings in Sheridan, CO, is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-performing restaurant team and deliver legendary guest experiences. You will oversee operations, marketing efforts, and staff development to keep the restaurant at the top of its game.

You will manage labor, food safety, alcohol service, and safety procedures while steering performance and community involvement. This role offers strong advancement opportunities and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of management experience in a restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, responsible alcohol service, safety systems, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct a team, champion change, and train/develop staff.
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant management team through performance, engagement and training initiatives.

YOU GOT THIS

• You have 4-5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience.
• You have a general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• You can manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
• You can analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year

The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
