FirstService Residential is seeking a General Manager to lead the HOA/association operations in Scottsdale, AZ. You will oversee building services, staff, vendors, and resident programs to deliver exceptional service and value.
Collaborate with the Board, manage budgets, capital plans, and reporting while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong governance. This role emphasizes leadership, reliability, and resident satisfaction in a high-rise community setting.
In conjunction with the Board of Directors, the General Manager will manage the business of the association to deliver exceptional services and solutions that enhance the value of the property and the lifestyle of the residents.

$95,000- $115,000 annually, depending on experience
FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client's directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Work Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8a – 5p with weekends and evenings as needed
Travel Requirements: Some local travel with use of personal vehicle. Eligible for mileage reimbursement at the current IRS approved rates.
