Blake’s LOTABURGER seeks a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in New Mexico. The GM will focus on guest satisfaction, profitability, and adherence to brand standards while managing food, beverage, and labor costs.

This full-time, non-exempt role offers competitive pay with 60k–70k per year and benefits, including medical, vision, dental, PTO, and a 401k match after 6 months. Oversee a busy team and maintain Blake’s legacy of authentic New Mexico cuisine.

They oversee all restaurant operations, focusing on customer satisfaction and profitability by managing food, beverage, and labor costs.
