Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a General Manager for a Part 145 repair Center in the San Fernando, CA area. The role oversees all center operations, including Operations, Materials, Quality, Planning, Contracts and Personnel. You will ensure regulatory compliance and meet strategic goals, acting as the main FAA relations contact.

Relocation is available. Minimum 5+ years in a Part 145 certified repair station and strong knowledge of FAA/EASA regulations are required.

• Strong knowledge of FAA/EASA regulations.

• Oversee all business strategies for the Component Repair center operations (Operations, Materials, Quality, - Planning, Contracts, Personnel).

• Ensure that the service center adheres to all regulatory, legal, social, safety and contractual obligations.
• Act as the main contact for FAA relations.
• Maintain staffing levels.
• Ensures contract obligations and customers’ expectations are met.
• Upsell contract terms.
• Provide status reports to customers.
