TruFit Athletic Clubs in San Antonio seeks a General Manager to lead daily club operations, drive member satisfaction, and optimize financial performance.

You will coach department leaders and frontline staff, build high-performing teams, and maintain a culture of integrity, service, courage, responsibility, and passion. This role offers full-time, on-site work with growth opportunities across our growing network.

Qualifications

• 1+ years as General Manager or higher.
• Experience with sales goals.
• Ability to coach and develop staff.
• Strong market knowledge.
