Brenntag Pacific, LLC is seeking an Operations Leader to oversee our Salt Lake City branch. You will manage drivers, warehouse ops, local sales deployment, and customer service teams while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will drive financial performance using KPIs, focusing on volume, gross profit, and controlling personnel and operating expenses, while optimizing inventory and receivables to improve working capital. A strong cross-functional approach is essential.

Your RoleJOB RESPONSIBILITIESOperational Leadership: Oversee local branch drivers including safety protocols, warehouse operations, local sales deployment, and customer service teams to execute the Brenntag Essentials go-to-market strategy.P&L & Financial Accountability: Use financial KPIs to measure and optimize local business performance—specifically tracking volume, gross profit, personnel expenses, and operating expenses.Margin & Capital Optimization: Improve conversion ratios and working capital metrics (inventory and accounts receivable).
