Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking a General Manager to lead hotel operations with a guest-centric focus and strong financial stewardship. You will guide multiple departments, drive revenue growth, and cultivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional experiences.

You will spearhead strategic planning, monitor P&L performance, and ensure brand standards while fostering community engagement and talent development across properties in the region.

Qualifications

• Current/prior hotel general manager experience or 3+ years in rooms/operations/sales leadership within major brands.
• Ability to defuse distressed associates and guests to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Ability to learn systems technology and adapt to new tools.
• Demonstrates professionalism and strong personal performance.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Hospitality certifications (CHA/CHRM/CHSP) are a plus.

• Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of our service culture to maximize operations and guest satisfaction.
• Champion brand and company reputation to exceed performance standards.

• Manage all hotel specific accounting duties including payroll adhering to timeliness and accuracy.

Systems Proficiency:

Profit Sword, Hotel Effectiveness, M3, and Hospitality PMS systems

Basic Qualifications

• Current/prior hotel general manager experience and/or 3+ years hotel rooms/operations and/or sales leadership experience within major brands (Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, etc.).
• Ability to defuse distressed associates, guests resulting in the best outcome to the situation.
• Ability to learn systems technology.
• Displays a magnitude of professionalism, being your best-self.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills a must.
• Hospitality certifications; CHA, CHRM, CHSP, a plus.
