About the Role:

We’re seeking a strategic, driven leader with multi-unit management experience to oversee daily operations including logistics, fleet management, scheduling, customer service, and team leadership. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is eager to drive performance across multiple locations.

As General Manager, you’ll coach and mentor multiple teams, develop future leaders, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You'll champion operational excellence, succession planning, and business development with a strong focus on profitability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Multi-Unit Leadership & Strategic Planning: Align mission, vision, and values with tactical strategies across multiple service locations.
  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day execution across business units with a strong focus on speed, quality, and customer experience.
  • People Development: Hire, train, and mentor high-performing teams; create growth pathways and ensure accountability.
  • Customer Experience: Proactively address inquiries and service issues with professionalism and urgency.
  • Compliance & Safety: Maintain high standards of safety and compliance across all operations.
  • Growth Initiatives: Execute marketing and sales strategies to drive market expansion and brand recognition.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience , with at least 2 years managing multiple locations or business units
  • Demonstrated success overseeing portfolios of $5M+
  • Proven ability to lead in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Track record of team building and leadership development
  • Tech-savvy with strong time management and problem solving skills
Preferred:
  • Background in franchised operations or service based businesses
  • Passion for scaling teams and growing businesses in fast changing markets
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary: $80,000 – $100,000/year
