What We’re Looking For

Job Schedule

• 40-50 hours per week
• Must have open availability for hours of operations 7AM-9:30PM

What You’ll Do

• Lead by example — working side by side with your team (no “clipboard managers” here!)
• Deliveroutstanding customer serviceand coach your team to do the same
• Support management with scheduling, inventory, and ordering
• Maintain high standards forcleanliness, organization, and operations
• Help controlfood and labor costswhile driving team performance
• Foster apositive, team-focused cultureand uphold Jersey Mike’s values
• Take full ownership of daily operations as you grow into leadership

Our Training Program

Compensation

Pay: From $19.50 per hour during Training
