Job summary

Jet’s Pizza in Richmond, TX is seeking a Manager in Training to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced pizza operation. You will assist in daily store management, drive customer satisfaction, and participate in training programs to prepare you for the General Manager role.

The role focuses on cost controls, shift scheduling, inventory ordering, and delivering high-quality service in a busy environment. A proactive, reliable team player is essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree or equivalent.
• 2 Year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Store sales and volume management responsibilities.
• Ensure quality of service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor profit margins and cost controls.
• Create and manage employee schedules.
• Place inventory orders as needed.
• Lead employee training and development.
• Lead by example in daily operations.
• Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions.
• Specific tasks may be delegated; ultimate responsibility with General Manager.
