The Role (On-site in Reno, NV)

As the General Manager, you will act as the operational heartbeat of our Reno headquarters. We are not looking for a desk manager; we are looking for a highly analytical "systems thinker" who will:

• Command the Full Cycle: Oversee day-to-day enterprise operations, ensuring seamless synergy between Manufacturing, Production, Global Business Development, Accounting, and Customer Success.
• Scale with Tech: Champion our Odoo ERP and AI tools to optimize processes, eliminate bottlenecks, build transparent KPI dashboards, and drive operational efficiency at every stage.
• Regulatory Leadership: Ensure our strict medical device quality standards (FDA, ISO, EUMDR) are fiercely maintained and utilized as a strategic advantage for global expansion.
• Drive Financial Performance: Manage cross-departmental budgeting, P&L, financial reporting, and high-level strategic planning to ensure sustained, profitable growth.
• Lead & Innovate: Foster a culture of extreme ownership, high performance, and continuous improvement across a diverse team of frontline workers and departmental leads.

Qualifications

• Operational Mastery: 7+ years of progressive leadership experience (GM, VP of Ops, COO) in scaling operations within a fast-paced hardware, advanced manufacturing, or medical device environment.
• Tech-Forward Mindset: You view technology as a multiplier. You must have deep experience operating or optimizing modern ERP systems (Odoo experience is a massive advantage!) and workflow automations.
• Regulatory Fluency: Deep understanding of strict quality management systems. You speak the language of zero-defect quality control (ISO 13485, FDA, EUMDR strongly preferred).
• Financial Acumen: Exceptional grasp of operational budgets, supply chain economics, cost accounting principles, and strategic KPI reporting.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or related field (MBA preferred, though an elite, proven operational scaling track record will always heavily outweigh a degree).
