Job summary

Confidential seeks a seasoned operations leader to guide daily business functions and direct a team in delivering HVAC/R services. You will oversee project execution, customer relationships, and strategic growth initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a track record of managing P&L, driving sales, and building effective teams with strong communication skills. Travel within the market is expected to support current and potential customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management (or similar degree program, with technical and financial components) or commensurate experience.
• 5+ years of managerial/supervisory experience in a service-related industry preferred.
• 2+ years of previous P&L ownership and responsibility.
• 3+ years of customer relationship development and management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including sales ability.
• Demonstrated selection, hiring, and team development skills.
• Track record of success leading a technical non-exempt workforce.
• Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in service app and dispatch systems.
• Previous experience in HVAC, grocery, food service or equipment repair industry.

They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members. We are NOT a refrigeration manufacturer, but provide commercial HVAC/R services to our customers.
