Job summary

DC Burger Inc. is seeking a passionate Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our Burger King locations. You will own the day-to-day operations, develop a high-performing team, and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on driving sales, controlling costs, and upholding brand standards while supporting career growth within our growing restaurant group.

• 3+ years of restaurant management or leadership experience.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time, in-person position.
• Approximately 50–55 hours per week.
• Ability to perform restaurant duties, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs., with reasonable accommodations as needed.
