DC Burger Inc. is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our Burger King locations. You will own the restaurant, develop future leaders, and drive guest satisfaction while hitting profitability targets.

We value hands-on leaders who thrive in a fast-paced setting and can manage labor, food costs, and performance standards. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is required.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time, in-person position.
• 50-55 hours per week.
• Ability to perform restaurant duties, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs., with reasonable accommodations as needed.
