Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Work with a leader to set the restaurant’s goals and create a plan to achieve the goals.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, helping them set their own goals, following up on progress, and providing coaching and direction.
• Assist in hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a capable team.
