CulinArt Group, a member of Compass Group USA, is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily food service operations across high-volume environments. You will drive financial performance, build strong teams, and deliver exceptional dining experiences for a diverse client base.

Reporting to the Regional VP, you’ll lead operations, client relationships, and culinary excellence while ensuring safety, quality, and guest satisfaction across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in hospitality-related field required or preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume dining operations and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of daily food service operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and guest satisfaction.
• Manage P&L, budgets, labor, and operating expenses to achieve financial goals.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing management and hourly team.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, performance management and development.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, guests and internal partners.
• Partner with culinary leadership to develop menus and ensure outstanding food quality.
• Oversee high-volume production, catering and special events.
• Collaborate with culinary and marketing to introduce programs and dining initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, financial performance and customer satisfaction.

Education

What You'll Do

Manage P&L performance, budgets, labor, and operating expenses to achieve financial goals.

Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing management and hourly team.

Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, performance management, and employee development.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and internal partners.

Partner with culinary leadership to develop menus and ensure outstanding food quality and presentation.

Oversee high-volume food production, catering, and special events.

Collaborate with culinary and marketing teams to introduce new programs, promotions, and dining initiatives.

Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and company operating standards.

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.

Foster a positive, collaborative work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and exceptional hospitality.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of five years of food service operations or hospitality management experience.

Strong background in high-volume food production and catering operations.

Proven experience managing P&L, budgets, labor, and operational expenses.

Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing large teams.

Strong client relationship management, communication, and organizational skills.

Comprehensive knowledge of food service operations, culinary programs, and customer service.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for hospitality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
