Summit Wash Holdings is seeking a seasoned manager to lead a car wash site in Piscataway, NJ. You will supervise a team of Advisors, Operators, Attendants, and Supervisors to deliver fast, friendly service and drive site performance in an outdoor environment.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of management experience, are comfortable with long hours, and can work evenings and weekends. This role offers growth based on performance within Summit Wash Holdings.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 18 years of age or older
• 50+ Hour Work Week – Evenings and Weekends included
• Advanced computer skills
• Mechanical aptitude or knowledge
• 4+ years of successful management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Advisors, Operators, Attendants and Supervisors to deliver exceptional guest service at Summit Wash Holdings sites
• Drive site-level performance and profitability while ensuring a positive guest experience
