Summit Wash Holdings in Millburn, NJ seeks a seasoned leader to drive successful site operations and guest experiences. You will manage Advisors, Operators, Attendants, and Supervisors to deliver fast, friendly car wash service in an outdoor environment across various shifts.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-growth, performance-driven culture with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction.

• Highly developed communication skills – bilingual a plus.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 50+ hour work week – including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct reports on site-specific analytics and issues.
• Participate in nationwide and regional initiatives.
• Drive business for your site of operation.
• Develop your team and manage corrective action.
• Repair minor mechanical issues.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area; stay alert for hazards.
• Conduct sales to drive revenue and increase profitability.
• Resolve all customer and membership issues promptly.
• Recruit and coach team members to meet values and service expectations.
• Manage all fiscal responsibility for site.
• Other duties as assigned.

General Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 18 years of age or older
• 50+ Hour Work Week – Including Evenings and Weekends
• Advanced Computer Skills
• Mechanical aptitude or knowledge
• 4+ years of successful management experience

• Carwash experience to understand industry-specific challenges and opportunities preferred
