Summit Wash Holdings is seeking a seasoned site leader to manage a team of Advisors, Operators, Attendants, and Supervisors at our NEW Speeders Car Wash site in the coming period. The role emphasizes outdoor work, collaboration, and delivering guest service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of management experience, strong communication, bilingual abilities a plus, and a readiness to drive safety, performance, and growth across the site.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of successful management experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• 18 years of age or older
• 50+ hour work week – including evenings and weekends
• Advanced computer skills and mechanical aptitude
• Carwash experience preferred
• Bilingual skills a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct reports on site analytics and issues.
• Participate in nationwide and regional initiatives.
• Drive business for your site of operation.
• Develop your team and manage corrective action.
• Repair minor mechanical issues.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area; stay alert for hazards.
• Conduct sales to drive revenue and profitability.
• Resolve customer and membership issues promptly.
• Recruit and coach team members to align with company values and customer service expectations.
• Manage all fiscal responsibilities for the site.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
