Trulieve in Phoenix is seeking a General Manager to lead store operations, oversee inventory, and drive sales while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional customer experience.

You will manage 40+ staff, mentor team, maintain brand standards, and collaborate with the Area Manager to meet KPIs. This role offers 45+ hours, competitive benefits, and a path for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Previous management experience in retail or customer service.

ROLESUMMARY

PHYSICALREQUIREMENTs

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:

• Constantly required to move/traverse throughout entire facility, includingtightspaces

WORKSCHEDULE

45+ hours weekly with flexible hours depending on store needs. Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
