Job Description

• Lead the experience: Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including food production, guest experience, profitability, and direct the crew and management team.
• Administrative responsibilities: Proactively lead and manage all People processes, including but not limited to:
• Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.
• Conduct performance reviews and wage increases.
• Performance management of the entire restaurant team, including disciplinary action (e.g., documenting, suspending, or terminating).
• Train, coach, and motivate.
• Be in the know: Plan for and make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs.
• Take action first: Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald’s standards of excellence.
• Inspire and empower: Maintain a high level of standard for guest and employee safety.
• Be results‑oriented: Oversee all operational needs of the restaurant, including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence.
• Set the tone: Lead by example while upholding all company policies and brand standards.
