Johnny Carino's in Oklahoma City seeks a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, uphold company standards in service, food quality, safety, and hospitality. You will oversee inventory, labor, training, and financial controls to deliver consistent guest experiences.

The GM will recruit and develop a high-performing team, implement local marketing plans, ensure compliance with health codes, and drive guest satisfaction through strong leadership and effective problem solving.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Minimum 3+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• NRA ServSafe Food and Alcohol certifications preferred.
• Working knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, alcohol safety, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fast, accurate service and ensure guest satisfaction in line with quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Act, local codes, and company safety policies.
• Assist in Profit & Loss management by cash controls, inventory, labor, and financial reporting.

• Ensure equipment, facilities, and grounds are maintained via preventative maintenance.
• Ensure food quality and customer satisfaction and execute marketing plans.

GENERAL MANAGER OVERVIEW:

The General Manager (GM) has the overall responsibility in directing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability, and ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer

General Manager Additional Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensuring products are consistent with company quality standards.
• Ensuring Occupational Safety & Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met
• Assisting Profit & Loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate action
• Assisting in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members
• Ensuring company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds are maintained by using a preventative maintenance program
• Ensuring food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
• Ensuring complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing plans
• Championing recognition and motivation efforts
