Johnny Carino's is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality and guest satisfaction across all service areas. The GM will drive financial accountability, supervise team members, manage inventory and safety compliance, and implement corporate marketing plans.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of restaurant management, strong communication and leadership skills, and a dedication to hospitality. A flexible schedule and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 3+ years restaurant management experience.
• NRA ServSafe Food and Alcohol certifications preferred
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

GENERAL MANAGER OVERVIEW:

The General Manager (GM) has the overall responsibility in directing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability, and ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer

General Manager Additional Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensuring products are consistent with company quality standards.
• Ensuring Occupational Safety & Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met
• Assisting Profit & Loss management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate action
• Assisting in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members
• Ensuring company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds are maintained by using a preventative maintenance program
• Ensuring food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
• Ensuring complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing plans
• Championing recognition and motivation efforts

All General Manager candidates must possess the following:

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Minimum 3+ years of restaurant management work experience
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License
• Required to work a flexible schedule including: days, nights, weekends and Holidays
