The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining highest industry standards.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including organizing shop fabrication and overseeing field installation.
  • Manage staff training and development programs to enhance team performance
  • Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize stock
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
Qualifications
  • Strong background in ornamental railing industry, including fabrication skills
  • Excellent leadership skills with proven experience in team management and staff training.
  • Effective communication and problem solving trait
  • Ability to judge and manage highest customer satisfaction level
  • “Owner Thinking” ability
  • Must have OSHA 30 certification
  • Degree in one of the following:

Pay
  • $100,000 per year or negotiable
