Our Community Services teams foster relationships with community organizations, agencies, and health plans. Essen is designated ‘Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home’ by the NCQA, has won awards for care innovations, and recently launched initiatives.
Responsible for the management and operations of 2-3 medical practices and specialties, overseeing day-to-day operations, resource allocation, and financial objectives. Supervises staff including front desk, medical assistants, clinical specialists, site supervisors, and office managers. Ensures maximum productivity, compliance with policies, and maintains positive community relations. Supports medical staff coordination and attends relevant meetings.
$60,000 - $65,000 annually.
