Summary

Responsible for the management and operations of 2-3 medical practices and specialties, overseeing day-to-day operations, resource allocation, and financial objectives. Supervises staff including front desk, medical assistants, clinical specialists, site supervisors, and office managers. Ensures maximum productivity, compliance with policies, and maintains positive community relations. Supports medical staff coordination and attends relevant meetings.

Responsibilities include:

1. Building and maintaining provider schedules.
2. Reporting incident reports monthly.
3. Reviewing office and medical supply lists.
4. Auditing staff timesheets.
5. Personnel management including evaluations and counseling.
6. Monitoring no-show and cancellation rates.
7. Ensuring compliance with HR, OSHA, HIPAA, and other policies.
8. Overseeing facility maintenance.
9. Serving as liaison with reimbursement agencies.
10. Supporting quality assurance, infection control, and risk management activities.
11. Participating in community outreach and public relations.
12. Supporting medical staff functions and committees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Medical background preferred (e.g., Medical Assistant, Nurse, Physician Assistant).
• Minimum three years of management/administrative experience preferred.

Salary:

$60,000 - $65,000 annually.
