Overview

The General Manager (GM) is responsible for the overall operations of the entertainment facility. Duties include providing excellent customer experience, managing staff, scheduling, reporting, and managing revenue/assets using established policies and procedures. The GM oversees birthday party events and the food and beverage area of the facility, assists with planning and budgeting for repairs and upgrades, and performs administrative, logistic, or other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience.
  • Manage staff, scheduling, reporting, revenue, and assets.
  • Oversee birthday party events and the food and beverage area.
  • Assist with planning and budgeting for repairs and upgrades.
  • Perform administrative, logistical, or other assigned duties.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for safety and security in all areas.
  • Serve as an ambassador to the building, assisting guests with requests.
  • Greet guests with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a smile upon entry.
  • Keep coordinators promptly informed of problems or significant matters and take corrective action or suggest alternatives.
  • Provide timely and accurate service while managing party times and communicating information to guests, coordinators, and managers.
  • Diffuse difficult guest situations while protecting staff and building integrity.
  • Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of all areas.
  • Assist in the cleanliness and organization of rental equipment.
  • Ensure supplies are stocked, cleaned, and maintained.
  • Inspect restocking of supplies and bring areas to standard.
  • Discuss problem areas with managers and owners.
  • Ensure children and adults adhere to house policies.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of special event functions.
  • Bid farewell to guests leaving, ensuring satisfaction and inviting return.
  • Notify support technicians or management for equipment assistance.
  • Assist other team members as needed.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with all company staff to promote morale and productivity.
Education and Experience
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Self‑starting mentality and leadership.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three years in a hospitality environment.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Friendly and smiles frequently.
  • Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.
  • Experience with children is preferred.

  • Strong math and verbal skills.
