Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Nashville seeks a General Manager to lead daily bakery operations, oversee guest experiences, cake production, brand and merchandising, and manage staff performance.

The GM drives sales and profitability while maintaining quality, training teams, and upholding NbC values. This role offers opportunities for advancement within a growing brand and a supportive community bakery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus.
• 1-3 years of leadership experience managing teams, business operations and the guest experience in retail, hospitality or foodservice.
• Proven ability to hire and develop teams, create a superior service environment and hit financial targets.
• Experience setting productivity goals, inventory par levels and team schedules, while controlling costs.
• Foodservice safety training certificate or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook; comfortable with new tech.

Responsibilities

The General Manager directs the team and day-to-day operation, which includes all aspects of the guest experience, cake production, brand and merchandise presentation, work environment, P&L management and inventory control.

Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements
