Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in California is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily bakery operations, drive sales and profitability while maintaining high-quality cakes and exceptional guest service. You will direct the team, manage cake production, and ensure brand presentation and inventory control align with NbC standards.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, P&L awareness, and staff development to foster a welcoming environment and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education a plus.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience managing teams, business operations and guest experience in retail, hospitality or foodservice.
• Experience hiring and developing teams and achieving financial objectives.
• Experience creating productivity goals, inventory par levels and team schedules, and managing costs.
• Foodservice safety training certificate (or obtain within 30 days).
• Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook; comfortable with new technologies.

Responsibilities

Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements:
