Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at our Nashville, TN location. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff schedules, and maintain inventory levels. Responsibilities also include coordinating marketing efforts, analyzing sales reports, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The General Manager will be pivotal in driving the growth and efficiency of the café.
