Gilder Search Group is seeking a General Manager specializing in commercial heat treat and braze services in Nashville, Tennessee. The role includes managing fiscal responsibilities and ensuring revenue growth in both heat treating and brazing divisions.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Metallurgical or Materials Engineering, experience in heat treating, and outstanding leadership skills. Familiarity with AS9100 and Nadcap Quality Systems is a plus, making this a key position for our specialized operations.

Qualifications

• Must have heat treating experience.
• Knowledge of all phases of heat treating and brazing is required.

This location provides heat treating and braze services, specializing in Honeycomb Braze. Serving the Aerospace and Commercial Industries.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Metallurgical or Materials Engineering preferred, but the right experience is also considered.
• Must have knowledge of all phases of heat treating and brazing.
• Heat treating experience is required.
• Experience with AS9100 and/or Nadcap Quality Systems
• Strong Leadership and Management skills.
