The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to mentor staff while coordinating sales strategies and financial performance to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of managing operations and finances.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities to inspire staff.
• Knowledge of plumbing and HVAC industry practices and regulations preferred.
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing cross-functional teams, and implementing strategic initiatives that drive company growth.
