Qualifications

Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff.Minimum RequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.5+ years in specialized profession or equivalent.Manufacturing background is required for branch locations engaged in manufacturing activities.Prior experience that demonstrates effective supervision and leadership skills required; managerial experience in a distribution center.Preferred RequirementsSome business related college coursework is preferred.Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
