McDonald’s Midwest City is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and coach the crew and management team to deliver consistent results.

You will own staffing, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, inventory, budgeting, and food ordering while ensuring food safety and safety standards are upheld. A strong focus on leadership and people development is essential.

Qualifikationen

• HSD or GED preferred.
• Passion for helping and serving others (customers and fellow team members).
• 1+ years’ experience leading, motivating and/or developing others OR US Military Service.
