Job Overview

Lime Painting of Westchester is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated General Manager to take the reins of our operations, sales development, and team leadership. This pivotal role blends sales strategy, operations oversight, and client relationship management. As our General Manager, you'll be both the face of the business and the backbone that drives results-leading sales reps, growing strategic partnerships, and ensuring every painting project is executed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily & Weekly:
• Generate leads through canvassing, networking, social media, and strategic partnerships.
• Manage inbound/outbound calls, client inquiries, CRM updates (Service Minder), and sales appointment follow-ups.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure production quality at job sites.
• Lead daily huddles, weekly meetings, and coordinate all team training.
• Create and publish social media content; grow engagement across platforms.
• Track KPIs, manage the marketing tracker, and update scorecards.
• Bi-Weekly & Monthly:
• Process payroll and work with the accountant to close monthly books.
• Handle expense reports, participate in networking events, and meet with paint reps.
• Maintain team morale and performance through contests, workshops, and regular coaching.
• Ad Hoc:
• Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members.
• Maintain personnel files and compliance with safety certifications (OSHA, Fall Protection, Lifts, etc.).
• Keep all tech tools and record-keeping systems up to date.
  

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in general management, construction, painting, or residential services.
• Strong sales acumen and ability to coach/lead sales reps.
• Proficient with CRM systems, Google tools, and social media engagement.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A proactive, self-starting attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record (required for solicitation license).
