We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee two of our boutique resort properties in Marathon, Florida.

These well-recognized landmark properties are located in the heart of the Florida Keys and offer beautiful waterfront locations, excellent dockage, strong repeat business, and dedicated teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands‑on hospitality leader who enjoys being involved in all aspects of resort operations while leading two unique properties.

The General Manager will be responsible for the overall operations, guest experience, team leadership, financial performance, and continued success of both properties. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to grow their career while making a meaningful impact across two outstanding Florida Keys resorts.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on leadership skills, a solid hospitality background, and proven management experience. We are looking for someone who is energetic, guest-focused, team-oriented, financially responsible, and comfortable leading multiple properties and teams.
