Job Summary
The General Manager for Corporate Restaurant Operations manages all functions of a Papa Johns restaurant to ensure profitability. This includes being a self-sufficient leader, making quality decisions, and ensuring proper planning, forecasting, and systems are in place. Responsibilities also include managing operations, executing company policies, procedures, programs, and systems, and ensuring compliance with laws and ethical practices.
This role oversees all operational aspects of the restaurant, including executing all Operations Manager duties when that position is unfilled. Reports include Operations Managers, Manager Designates, and Shift Leaders. In restaurants with an Operations Manager, team members and drivers report to them; otherwise, they report directly to the General Manager.
