Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a Traveling General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of United Airlines lounges, reporting to the Regional Vice President. The role requires superb communication, multi-tasking, and team leadership to ensure superior food quality and customer service across LAX, SFO, EWR, and ORD.

Ideal candidates hold a BS in Hospitality or Culinary, with 5+ years in foodservice, strong budget management, HR experience, and willingness to travel up to 100%.

Qualifications

• BS in Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• Five years of foodservice operation experience.
• High-volume production and catering experience essential.
• Ability to travel up to 100% of the time.
• Experience managing a budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account.
• Manages overall day to day operations of the account.
• Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations.
• Oversees scheduling, payroll and team training.
• Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and Client as well as other departments.
• Works with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food.
• Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with Company marketing and culinary team.

Job Summary

The Traveling General Manager, reporting directly to the Regional Vice President, holds duties related to day to day operations of the United Airlines Lounges. The position entails a need for excellent communication skills; ability to multi-task, strong team leadership, client relations and ensures superior food quality and strong customer service skills. You will support the LAX, SFO, EWR, and ORD airports.

Key Responsibilities
