As the Bakery General Manager, you are responsible for:

• Overseeing the FOH and production planning and execution in this high-volume kitchen
• Leading a team of 60+ bakers and FOH
• Colloborate with other departments and units and the bakery is the sole supplier for finished goods and ingredients
• Select, develop, and retain outstanding team members.
• Develop training and people development programs
• Develop strong working relationships with other aspects of the restaurant and retail operations
