You are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience. Key responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, and developing employees, conducting new hire orientation, and executing the training plan for each new hire. You will also be responsible for scheduling and deploying the team effectively, addressing performance issues, resolving customer concerns, and managing the restaurant's budget and financial plans. A successful candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, a proven track record of people development, and a positive attitude. Job Requirements and Essential Functions
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility
  • 50-hour work week
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Reliable transportation
  • Basic business math and accounting skills, with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and stooping during 80% of shift time
  • Competitive spirit and passion for excellence
