As the leader, you will oversee local store marketing, staff development, and daily operations to deliver the brand experience. This role values teamwork, accountability, and a commitment to growing the business and community presence.

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
