Arby’s is seeking a General Manager for a busy restaurant in Camp Hill, PA. You will lead the restaurant management team and frontline staff, drive customer service excellence, and oversee daily operations to meet sales and profitability targets.

The role emphasizes performance, engagement, and training initiatives, with opportunities to advance within Inspire Brands. A strong track record in retail or restaurant management and eligibility to work in the United States are required.

Qualifications

As a General Manager, you will be the leader of your restaurant's Meatcraft®. You will help your Restaurant Management Team and Team Members through performance, engagement, and training initiatives. From local store marketing to helping reach sale and profit goals, you will be responsible in ensuring that your restaurant is delivering the top meats.
