Job summary

Domino's is seeking a Store Manager for the Lavon, TX area to run operations end-to-end, uphold brand standards, manage inventory and payroll, and lead a team to deliver great customer service.

You must have pizza restaurant management experience; Domino's experience is a plus. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required to ensure staffing and store coverage.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens at your store: cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations; set the example and enforce policy 100% of the time.
• Staffing, paperwork, food management, scheduling, maintaining image and standards, great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing and profitability.

Job description
