Job summary

Milton Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to lead all restaurant operations, building a high-performing team and delivering the Wingstop guest experience. You will foster accountability, develop future leaders, and drive sales and profitability across the restaurant.

This leadership role offers growth, ongoing training, and the opportunity to shape culture while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance within our restaurants and company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of restaurant management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Food Handler Certification required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Strong organizational, financial, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable attendance and flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Build future leaders by providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and development.
• Create a positive, respectful, and accountable team culture.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently maintained.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Manage sales, labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
• Analyze business results and develop action plans to improve performance.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are consistently followed.
• Maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Complete administrative, financial, and compliance responsibilities accurately and on time.
• Partner with your District Manager to achieve restaurant and company goals.

GENERAL MANAGER

Position Summary

As a General Manager at Milton Restaurant Group, you'll lead all aspects of restaurant operations while building a high-performing team and delivering exceptional guest experience.
