This role is vital to restaurant operations because you will:

• Lead the experience: Manage all restaurant aspects, including food production, guest service, and team management
• Plan for success: Lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management
• Train, coach, and motivate staff
• Make critical business decisions regarding inventory, budget, and food costs

To Be a Successful General Manager, You’ll Need

• HSD or GED preferred
• Passion for helping and serving others
• 1+ years’ experience in leadership, motivation, or development roles, or US Military Service
• Commitment to workplace safety and excellence
• Strong customer service skills
• Effective communication and anticipation of customer needs
• Ability to make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment
