POSITION SUMMARY: The duties and responsibilities of the General Manager include, but are not limited to, supervising the property staff and managing all aspects of day-to-day operations of the property.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or equivalent, proficiency in Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, ability to supervise and motivate staff, good communication skills, and ability to reside overnight during coverage days. Must possess a valid driver’s license, meet employment qualifications, and complete MOD training.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Must perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. The physical demand level is Light, involving activity such as overseeing property, lifting up to 10 pounds regularly, and simple grasping.
Constant activity involves overseeing property areas, lifting supplies up to 10 pounds, and grasping. Frequent activity includes sitting, moving around, standing, walking, lifting 11-20 pounds, and reaching. Occasional activity involves twisting, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and rare lifting of up to 50 pounds. Additional functions include sensory and cognitive tasks, and environmental exposure such as driving and working outdoors.
