The Alexander, Autograph Collection in Indianapolis seeks a strategic General Manager to lead one of the city's most distinctive lifestyle hotels. You will provide visionary leadership across Rooms, F&B, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR, and Engineering to deliver exceptional guest experiences and strong financial results.

As a dynamic hospitality leader, you will build and mentor a high-performing team, uphold brand standards, and cultivate relationships with ownership and community partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years General Manager experience leading a full-service or lifestyle hotel.
• Proven success driving financial performance, revenue growth, and operational excellence.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and profitability.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to inspire teams, develop talent, and foster a culture of accountability and engagement.
• Strategic thinker with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

The Alexander is seeking an inspiring and strategic General Manager to lead one of Indianapolis' most distinctive lifestyle hotels.
