Bear Paddle Swim School uses a results-focused story-based approach to teaching lessons to build confident and skilled swimmers, so parents can rest assured that their child is having fun while learning to swim. We are currently developing lifelong swimmers in 15 locations across the US.

Our Swim School Manager is responsible for the overall success of the Swim School, meeting financial goals, providing the highest quality swim lessons, customer service, and facility standards. Responsible for coordinating operations and procedures for the Swim School, ensuring organizational effectiveness, and efficiency. Ensures all team members follow the standards set for the success of the company.

Core Duties:

• Lead and manage staff of 20-25 employees.
• Oversee the quality and success of the school by managing daily operations.
• Work with staff on student progress, customer service, and engagement.

Secondary Duties:

• Hiring and training staff.
• Upholding standards in water and facility safety by completing daily checklists.
