• Manage customer relationships and serve as primary contact for key stakeholders.
• Monitor project risks, schedules, costs, and productivity metrics.

Education Requirements

Experience Requirements

• 10+ years of Fire Life Safety, Fire Alarm, or Electronic Systems industry experience
• 5+ years of project or operational leadership experience
• Proven experience managing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and business growth
• Previous management experience in a technical Fire Alarm or Life Safety environment
• Experience leading teams, developing talent, and driving operational performance
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout Texas
